Data-Based Healthcare Research and Quality Assurance

Since DIGG was founded in Berlin in 2009, we have been working with numerous cooperation partners and research networks to develop methods and technical solutions for collecting data for healthcare research and quality development projects.

In addition to the BQS Institute for Quality and Patient Safety GmbH, the Medical Device Epidemiology Network (MDEpiNet) Association Germany e.V. and the scientific society, we work closely with university and non-university institutions in Germany. 

We are currently collecting data throughout Germany on the care of patients with aortic diseases, peripheral arterial vascular diseases (PAVD) and venous diseases in quality development registries. These unique healthcare data are complemented by surveys on the long-term stability of medical devices in interdisciplinary vascular medicine.
